Nestled in the serene plains of North Dakota SS. Peter & Paul in Wilton and St. Michael's in Minot stand as historic places of worship. Since 1890 the faithful have gathered to deepen their relationship with God at SS. Peter & Paul. In 1980, Saint Michael's was opened in Minot to serve the community of Catholics in the region. Both churches continue the mission of sharing the light of Christ with all.

All are welcome to worship and pray at SS. Peter & Paul in Wilton and St. Michael’s in Minot. The Ukrainian Catholic Church is not just for Ukrainians — regardless of heritage, ethnicity, faith background, or rite, all are invited to experience the beauty of worship within our parishes. We would love for you to join us for the Divine Liturgy and encounter the richness of the Byzantine tradition. Attending the Divine Liturgy fulfills the Sunday or Holy Day obligation for all Catholics.

SS. Peter & Paul and St. Michael’s are parishes of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC), an Eastern Catholic Church in full communion with the Apostolic See of Rome. The UGCC is the largest of the Eastern Catholic Churches and stands in unity with the universal Catholic Church while retaining its own liturgical, theological, and spiritual traditions rooted in the Byzantine Rite. In accordance with canonical tradition, the UGCC is a Church sui iuris — a Church of its own right — recognized by the Catholic Church.

The Pope, as the Bishop of Rome and Vicar of Christ, serves as the spiritual leader of all Catholics worldwide, including the faithful of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.​

The UGCC is headed by the Major Archbishop of Kyiv and Halych, His Beatitude Sviatoslav (Shevchuk).

SS. Peter & Paul and St. Michael's belong to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy located in Chicago, Illinois. The Eparchy is led by the Most. Rev. Benedict (Alyksiychuk).
